Draft. The company details in brackets are still to be filled in, and the wording has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
Serenity is run by [company legal name], tax ID [NIF], [registered address]. Treatments are given in your home in Madrid by qualified therapists who work with us.
You must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in to yourself; bookings made from your account are yours. You can delete it at any time from your profile.
A booking is confirmed when a therapist accepts it. We send whoever is free and closest, so we cannot promise a particular person or an exact arrival time; the app shows where they are as they travel.
Tell us honestly about conditions, pregnancy and allergies. Some conditions need a doctor’s confirmation before a first treatment, and a therapist may adapt or decline a treatment that would not be safe. Massage is not a substitute for medical care.
The price is shown before you book. Paying by card places a hold when you book and takes the payment when the treatment is finished; a hold that is not used drops off by itself. You can also pay cash to the therapist, or use a voucher. Tips are optional and go entirely to the therapist.
Each booking shows whether it can still be cancelled and until when. A booking that has not yet been accepted can always be cancelled for free.
Treatments are therapeutic and professional. A therapist may end a visit at once if they are made to feel unsafe or are asked for anything else. We may close an account for the same reason.
Tell us through Support in the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Spanish law.
